Structural engineering has certainly been a hot topic since the tragic collapse of the World Trade Center towers. This journal publishes current research into building, bridge, and dam construction, as well as anything else related to structural engineering. Just getting its start last year, the journal's first volume consisted of ten papers, which are posted online. The current volume is just getting started, and the number of papers will probably grow as more are accepted.
