In another dog-bites-man story, Bill Gates once again tops Fortune's Richest 400 list this year. The list, released last week, has a couple of new features this year. Visitors can see how many thousands of millions America's wealthiest lost between August 27, 2001 and September 24, 2001 (Bill Gates: 7,200 million).
