The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) released the latest edition of the
United States Government Manual on the US Government Printing Office Website September 5 (last year's edition is discussed in the
September 15, 2000 Scout Report). The 693-page manual covers agencies in all three branches of the government as well as "quasi-official agencies; international organizations in which the United States participates; and boards, commissions, and committees."
