The National Center for Educational Statistics (NCES) released this new report this week, part of an ongoing series begun in 1964. The 179-page report revises projections made in last year's "Projections of Education Statistics to 2009" (see the August 20, 1999 Scout Report), and includes national data covering the last fourteen years and projections to the year 2010 for enrollments, teachers, graduates, and expenditures; and state-level projections for enrollment graduates to the year 2010.
