The National Center on Education and the Economy (NCEE) is a nonprofit organization that promotes standards-based reform for education and training systems. Focusing on helping state and local educational systems create and implement unique standards, the NCEE believes that educational standards must be tailored to fit communities and that both students and educators must understand the value of these standards. The NCEE Website offers a variety of information about the Center as well as its programs and resources. While the site doesn't contain very many full-text resources, it does, however, give in-depth overviews of all of NCEE's products and services.
