National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation, Inc.

The National Right to Work Foundation (NRWF) is a "non-profit organization providing free legal aid nationwide to thousands of employees whose human and civil rights have been violated by compulsory unionism abuses." Established in 1968, the NRWF believes that all American workers should not be subjected to mandatory union membership. The Website showcases breaking news about unions as well as short issue briefs that address some of the NRWF's concerns. Also included are a map of states that currently have Right to Work legislation, legal information, and an online newsletter.
