The American Mathematical Society's Electronic Research Announcements "publishes high quality research announcements (up to about 10 journal pages) of significant advances in all branches of mathematics" and is available free of charge. The current volume, vol. 5, represents all submissions for 1999, the latest of which was posted on October 19, 1999. Articles can be viewed by section, or entire articles may be retrieved (dvi, .ps, .pdf, TeX). Previous volumes, dating back to 1995, are also available.
