The Rose-Hulman Undergraduate Mathematics Journal will be published electronically at this Website in March 2000. The purpose of the journal is to provide a high-quality, refereed forum for undergraduates to publish papers that exhibit "new results, new and interesting proofs of old results, historical developments of a theorem or area of mathematics, relationships between areas of mathematics and/or other fields of study, or interesting applications of mathematics." To this end, the journal is currently accepting submissions. Submissions must be sponsored by a professional mathematician familiar with the student's work.
