Educators, as well as anyone interested in the art and science of good teaching, may like to begin with the Overview section of the site. Here, a short introductory video lays the groundwork for growing great teachers. Moving on, the article "Why Is Teacher Development Important?: Because Students Deserve the Best" (which can be located under the Importance tab) provides an introduction to the tools, mentorship models, and experiences that help prepare teachers for the classroom.
