The New Security Beat is the official blog of the Environmental Change and Security Program at the Woodrow Wilson Center. One award-winning film, "Healthy People, Healthy Environment", presents an innovative approach to development in Tanzania that combines efforts to conserve natural resources with reproductive health services and sustainable economic opportunities.
