Started by the Chicago Public Schools and the University of Chicago, the eCUIP Digital Library Project brings together a range of materials related to Chicago history, international studies, dinosaurs and archaeology for K-12 students and educators. The site offers a variety of materials, including Articles, Multimedia, Interactives, Reference Links, and Lesson Plans. Two of the highlights here include the "Chicago: City of Neighborhoods" and "Hyde Park Houses" links. Both of these sites are great ways to have young people engage subjects like urban history, architecture, and geography.
