The collection features over 440 letters, including those from Senator Warren R. Austin, Representative Jacob Collamer, and Representative Samuel C. Crafts. The letters document travel to and from Washington by horse, boat, train, and airplane, along with commentaries on the New Deal, social life, and John Brown.
