The South China Morning Post has provided Hong Kong based English language news since 1903. The site is highlighted by its Internet Edition, with full text articles from today's and yesterday's newspaper (free registration required). In addition, SCMP offers fifteen special report sections, most recently adding sections on the Asian economic crisis and the 1998 Hong Kong Budget, the first since the hand-over of power to the Chinese government. Selections of other SCMP publications are also available. A six month archive may be searched, although there is a fee for retrieving articles.
