U.S. and Russian Policymaking with Respect to the Use of Force is the result of a conference held in September of 1995, and is divided into two sections: Russian Cases (5, including Chechnya, Georgia-Abkhazia, and Trans-Dniestria), and American Cases (6, including Lebanon 1982-84, Panama and Haiti, and Yugoslavia 1989-96).
