During his long career, photographer Maynard L. Parker managed to create a fine body of work that included contributions to many home design publications. Parker was born in Vermont in 1901 and he settled in Los Angeles in 1929. Several years later, he established his own photography studio and began to work with a number of prominent architects, designers, and builders. This collection of his work was made possible through the efforts of The Huntington Library and the National Endowment for the Humanities.
