Chemical Engineering Progress (CEP) is a journal of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers. A special promotion is underway, as of November 8, 2002, that allows free registration and access to the online version of the magazine, including over a year of back issues. The promotion will continue "for a limited time;" unfortunately, no clarification is given. Several departments keep readers up to date on research and development within the industry. Individual articles commonly focus on issues regarding environmental protection, material handling, biotechnology, and much more.
