A report from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) was recently released entitled A Review of Statewide Watershed Management Approaches. The objectives of the review were to identify and describe the different models of statewide watershed management, characterize and assess the experiences of selected states using different models for statewide watershed management, and develop recommendations to improve EPA's support and states' implementation of statewide watershed management.
