The FDIC has released the results of its latest survey of real estate conditions at this site. Senior examiners and asset managers at federal banking and thrift agencies contributed their assessments of local real estate market conditions during the recent three-month period. The survey concludes that, on the whole, the residential real estate market has improved since the last survey in October.
