Once again, the United States Government Printing Office has released its annual electronic version of the
Economic Report of the President (last mentioned in the
February 12, 1999 Scout Report). This Web page contains the entire 2002 report as well as economic reports from previous years, dating back as far as 1995. Statistical tables in spreadsheet format are also accessible and can be downloaded individually (.pdf) or in their entirety (.zip). In addition, the site offers links to related budget documents and the chart book entitled
Changing America: indicators of Social and Economic Well-Being by Race and Hispanic Origin. Changing America, prepared by the Council of Economic Advisers for the President's Initiative on Race, documents current differences in well-being by race and Hispanic origin and describes how such differences have evolved over the past several decades. All documents are downloadable in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) or ASCII text format.
