A new publication has recently been added to the Biological Resources section of the Northern Prairie Wildlife Research Center site. This report, by L. David Mech and Harold J. Kurtz, was published this year in the Canadian Field Naturalist (Vol 113.2: 305-306). In it, the authors document "the occurrence of coccidiosis in three Wolf pups from two litters in the Superior National Forest, and the death of at least two of them from this disease."
