The stories are generally well-written and well-supported graphically with photos and links to relevant sites. Multimedia features include continuously updated RealPlayer broadcasts from BBC Radio Five and daily broadcasts of the BBC Nine O'Clock News at 21.00 GMT. In addition, the site contains Dispatches from correspondents around the world, information on numerous BBC radio and television programs (including a link to BBC World Service online), and Talking Point, an online forum for discussing selected news items. A Cantonese version of the site, requiring special software, is also available.
