Professor Aswath Damodaran of the Stern School of Business at New York University has created an excellent web site drawn from his collection of classroom materials. At the site, visitors can find links to his classes on corporate finance, equity instruments and investment philosophies. The syllabus, lecture notes and assignments for each class are provided. The site also contains a collection of corporate finance and equity valuation spreadsheets and a collection of downloadable datasets, useful for corporate finance and valuation.
