Biodiversity in National Parks is an app that let you visualize Kaggle's biodiversity dataset.
From the left navigation panel you'll be able to access the maps, data and charts concerning the US National Parks and their resident species.
It has been made with shiny and you may find the code on github and rcloud.

Species Tree
In this section you can select a park and a category and visualize a collapsible hierarchical tree of the species.
Species Ggplot2 Charts
In this section you can view a couple of barcharts with the the total number of species per category for every park.
Species Choropleth map
In this section you can view a choropleth map of the species count per category. A recap table per state is rendered for comparing purposes.
