Marine invertebrate larvae: A study in morphological diversity

A small selection of digitized images from the T.C. Lacalli fonds held by the University Archives and Special Collections, University of Saskatchewan.

The images in this digital project include light micrographs of live specimens and scanning electron micrographs that show surface detail, e.g. of the ciliary bands. The bulk of the collection consists of transmission electron micrographs, including numerous serial series.

Created in 2002 with assistance from T.C. Lacalli. The site was archived in 2020. It is not being updated and is not formatted for mobile browsers.
