Open Mind is an open-access journal featuring innovative cognitive science research. The scholarship featured in the journal is drawn from a wide range of disciplines (including psychology, behavioral anthropology, linguistics, and neuroscience) and addresses content areas of broad interest, such as learning, memory, early childhood development, language learning and processing, reasoning and decision making, and philosophies of the mind. For example, recent installments cover interesting topics such as infant language learning (Volume 5) and the coordination of improvising jazz musicians (Volume 4).
