The organization's "mission is to support and nurture Women of Color in ELT to come together to build collective power for equity and systemic change by providing a platform to give voice and visibility to Women of Color in ELT." The site provides a variety of resources on intersectional feminism, allyship, equity, and disrupting racism in and beyond the workplace.
